Death by Force

Oliver L. Dugan Jr., an 18-year-old from Indianapolis, was shot and killed on July 12, 2009. The shooting took place on the south side of the city, and when police arrived, they found Dugan critically wounded. Despite efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene. Dugan was remembered by family and friends during a memorial service at Galilee Missionary Baptist Church.
