Jose Ismael Herrera Jacobo, a 35-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, died on October 15, 2023, as a result of a shooting incident. The incident occurred early Sunday morning on Indianapolis' northwest side. Around 3 a.m., police responded to a report of a shooting near a strip mall in the 3900 block of North High School Road, close to 38th Street.
