In the early morning hours of August 2, 2016, the life of 34-year-old Simon Marcus Wills was tragically cut short in a fatal shooting on the northeast side of Indianapolis. Known affectionately as 'Frog' to his friends and family, Simon was born on March 5, 1982, in Indianapolis, Indiana. Those who knew him described him as a humble, loyal, and fun-loving man who was deeply devoted to his fiancée and children.
