On April 12, 2023, a fatal shooting occurred in Indianapolis, Indiana, resulting in the death of 23-year-old Terrence Dashawn Winston-Campbell. The incident took place around 9 p.m. at a gas station located in the 2000 block of East Washington Street, just west of Rural Street.
