In the spring of 2023, the life of Terrence Dashawn Winston-Campbell, a 23-year-old male, was tragically cut short in Indianapolis, Indiana. On the evening of April 12th, Winston-Campbell was at a gas station located on East Washington Street, just west of Rural Street, when he was fatally shot. The incident prompted a response from local law enforcement, who arrived to find a scene of violence that had claimed a young life.
