On a quiet Monday morning in Indianapolis, the life of 20-year-old Carlos Da'Vontre Thomas Williams was tragically cut short. On September 17, 2018, Williams was found dead from gunshot wounds on the city's east side. The grim discovery was made by a teenager who was on their way to school.
