James Ratcliffe, aged 50, tragically passed away on January 28, 2018, in Indianapolis, Indiana. His death was the result of a violent incident that occurred outside the Sawmill Saloon, located on the east side of Indianapolis. On that fateful night, a physical altercation inside the saloon spilled out into the street, leading to a deadly shooting.
