Raheem Blue, a 32-year-old man from Madison, Wisconsin, was shot and killed on May 21, 2023, during a gathering at Lush, a lounge located on East Washington Avenue. The shooting occurred in the early hours of the morning, and witnesses reported that multiple shots were fired during the incident.
