Raheem Blue, a 32-year-old man from Madison, Wisconsin, was shot and killed on May 21, 2023, during a gathering at Lush, a lounge located on East Washington Avenue. The shooting occurred in the early hours of the morning, and witnesses reported that multiple shots were fired during the incident. Blue was found with serious gunshot wounds and was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
