In the late hours of a Sunday evening in Indianapolis, the life of Christian 'Raven' Alecsander Holly, a 24-year-old Black male, was tragically cut short. On October 27, 2024, at approximately 10:30 p.m., officers from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department were dispatched to the near east side of the city following a report of a man down. They discovered Holly in an alley near the intersection of East Brookside Avenue and North Oxford Street, suffering from gunshot wounds.
