On a Sunday morning in Indianapolis, the life of Bobby Joe Dodson, a 32-year-old male, was tragically cut short. On May 15, 2022, officers from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department were dispatched to the 6400 block of West Washington Street on the city's west side following a report of a person down. Upon their arrival, they discovered a man, later identified as Dodson, suffering from what appeared to be gunshot wounds.
