On the early morning of December 4, 2025, a violent incident occurred on the south side of Indianapolis, Indiana, resulting in the death of 23-year-old male Bradly Eliud Toro Torres. Officers from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department were dispatched shortly before 1:00 a.m. to the 4200 block of Burkhart Drive, located near the intersection of East Hanna Avenue and South Meridian Street.
The police response was initiated following reports of a person having been shot in the area, which is situated within a residential community comprising apartment complexes.
