Andre Bledsoe, a 30-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost her life on January 13, 2019. According to reports, Bledsoe was shot while riding in a car near West 10th Street and North Tibbs Avenue. The incident occurred when Andrew Powell, the shooter, fired at the vehicle in which Bledsoe was a passenger. Powell claimed that he acted in self-defense, believing that Bledsoe had shot at him first.
