In the summer of 2015, a life was tragically cut short on the east side of Indianapolis. On July 6th of that year, 24-year-old Lakim ‘Devon’ Mabry, a male also known by the nickname 'Lil Dirty,' was fatally shot. The incident unfolded in the 3600 block of North Gale Street, where an eyewitness saw the harrowing event.
