On September 20, 2017, 40-year-old Keith Williams was found deceased inside a residence in the 1000 block of Grant Avenue in Indianapolis, Indiana. An investigation by the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department determined that Williams had been fatally shot the previous day. There were no initial signs of forced entry into the home. He was a Black male.
