In a quiet apartment complex in Cumberland, a suburb of Indianapolis, the life of a young boy was tragically cut short on May 27, 2016. Anthony Harmon Jr., a 10-year-old Black male, was found in the kitchen of an apartment with a fatal gunshot wound to his head.
