John Richard Boxley, a 76-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on April 7, 2019. Known affectionately as "Killer," Boxley was a lifelong resident of Indianapolis and a member of the Naptown Riders. His death was part of a particularly violent period in Indianapolis, which saw multiple homicides within a short span of time.
