David Spencer Moore, a 29-year-old officer with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, tragically lost his life on January 26, 2011. Officer Moore was conducting a routine traffic stop on January 23, 2011, when he was shot four times by the driver of a stolen vehicle.
