On a summer night in Indianapolis, the life of Timothy Sheron Bean was tragically cut short. The 24-year-old Black male was shot and killed on July 29, 2020, in what became a grim statistic in a city grappling with violence. His death was the result of a shooting that occurred in the parking lot of the Amber Woods Apartments on the far east side of the city.
