Reginald A. Crowe, a 48-year-old resident of Indianapolis, was tragically killed on June 28, 2012. Crowe had deep roots in the local community, having attended St. Andrew and Chatard schools before graduating from barber college. He worked for the Indianapolis Fire Department and also as a barber, well known in his community. Reginald was also an active member of the New Bethel Baptist Church.
