On July 4, 2023, a death investigation was initiated after 49-year-old James Caldwell was found deceased on the near west side of Indianapolis, Indiana. The incident occurred in the 700 block of North Arnolda Avenue, near the intersection of North Tibbs Avenue and West Michigan Street.
