On a cold January evening in Indianapolis, the life of 19-year-old Rondre Jackson, a Black male, was tragically cut short. Just before 11 p.m. on January 7, 2024, in the 2700 block of Barrington Avenue, a residential area on the near southeast side of the city, gunshots shattered the night's quiet.
