In the early hours of April 14, 2020, the life of 15-year-old Keyvon Hall was tragically cut short on the 4000 block of Wittfield Street in Indianapolis. Officers from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department responded to a call of a shooting just after 1 a.m. and discovered a violent scene with three individuals having been shot. Keyvon succumbed to multiple gunshot wounds at the scene, while two other victims were also found injured.
