Death by Force

Joseph Capps, a 23-year-old resident of Indianapolis, was found dead on January 9, 2017. His death was determined to be a homicide caused by blunt force trauma. His remains were discovered in the 400 block of Lick Creek Boulevard. Despite investigations, Joseph's case remains unsolved, and law enforcement has continued to request the public's help in finding those responsible.
