Death by Force

Roberto Scott Cisneros, aged 31, tragically lost his life on August 6, 2018, in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was found with a gunshot wound in the 1600 block of South Harlan Street. Neighbors reported hearing an argument followed by gunshots and a car speeding away. Despite attempts by neighbors to perform CPR, Cisneros was pronounced dead shortly after police arrived on the scene.
