In the early hours of a Tuesday morning in Indianapolis, the quiet of the Rolland Manor Apartments was shattered by the sound of gunfire. On April 16, 2024, a violent altercation unfolded within one of the residences in the 2100 block of North Ritter Avenue, leaving two men dead and another seriously injured. One of the deceased was identified as David Antron Rogers, a 43-year-old male.
