On a Sunday afternoon in Indianapolis, the life of 31-year-old Brandon T. Thomas was tragically cut short. On February 5, 2017, police responded to a call and found Thomas lying in the street in the 3100 block of Forest Manor Avenue, suffering from at least one gunshot wound. He was rushed to IU Health-Methodist Hospital in critical condition but ultimately succumbed to his injuries during surgery later that evening.
