Brandon T. Thomas, aged 31, was fatally shot on February 5, 2017, on the northeast side of Indianapolis. The incident occurred in the 3000 block of Forest Manor Avenue. Police responded to reports of a shooting and found Thomas lying on the ground with a gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital, but he tragically died during surgery.
