On September 16, 2016, Brian Dale Crook, a 23-year-old White / Caucasian male, was found deceased on the northeast side of Indianapolis, Indiana. The discovery was made in the 2000 block of East St. Clair Street, an area that had seen a troubling rise in violence around that time.
