Tre Spencer, a 23-year-old former Pike High School wrestling star, tragically lost his life on October 3, 2016, in Indianapolis, Indiana. The incident occurred in the Broad Ripple area, a popular entertainment district. Spencer was shot in an alley near the Casba nightclub. He managed to stagger out of the alley onto Guilford Avenue, where he encountered off-duty Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) Officer Jeffrey Goodin, who was working private security for the nightclub.
