Chad Smitherman, a 20-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost his life on February 14, 2020. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning near the Indiana State Fairgrounds. According to reports, Smitherman was found with multiple gunshot wounds at a GetGo gas station located at the intersection of East 38th Street and Fall Creek Parkway.
