On December 8, 2022, the body of Corbin Ray Rogers, a 28-year-old male, was discovered by police inside a vacant residence in the 100 block of North Euclid Avenue on the east side of Indianapolis, Indiana. Officers found him lying in a pool of blood, having suffered multiple gunshot wounds that ended his life. The discovery marked the grim conclusion of a violent kidnapping plot that had unfolded earlier that day, driven by a dispute over a rental vehicle.
