In the early morning hours of a Sunday in Indianapolis, the life of 16-year-old Corey Duncan was tragically cut short. On March 19, 2023, police were called to an apartment complex in the 800 block of Chapelwood Boulevard around 7:50 a.m. following reports of shots being fired.

Upon their arrival at the scene, near the intersection of 10th Street and Girls School Road, officers discovered a person on the ground who had been shot. The Marion County Coroner's Office would later identify the ...
