In the spring of 2024, the life of 16-year-old Andre Manuel Lara Jr. was tragically cut short on the evening of May 21st. The male teenager, known affectionately as Dre to his friends and family, was in his Lawrence neighborhood in Indianapolis, riding bikes with friends.
