Kenneth Warren Chambers, a 31-year-old taxi driver from Indianapolis, Indiana, was tragically murdered on January 29, 1980. His body was discovered in an alley on East Fall Creek Parkway, Indianapolis, by Gwen Tevebaugh and her neighbor, Calvin Howard. Chambers was found nude except for a pair of socks, lying face down and frozen to the ground by a pool of his own blood. A small caliber gunshot wound to his right temple was identified as the cause of death.
