A 25-year-old man, Jasper Dugan, was fatally shot on the near northeast side of Indianapolis on Friday, November 1, 2024. The incident occurred in the 3500 block of North Lasalle Street. Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers responded to the scene shortly after 7 p.m. and found two individuals.
