Carrie Dean Hobby Stroope, a 42-year-old woman from Gatesville, Texas, tragically lost her life on February 15, 2010. She was born on December 14, 1967, in Pahokee, Florida, to Bobby and Lydia Graham Hobby. Carrie worked for McLane Company as a cycle counter for the last seven years of her life. Her sudden death shocked the community and left many grieving.
