Christopher Buckhalter, a 23-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost his life on December 21, 2018. On that fateful day, Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) officers responded to a report of a crash with injury at the intersection of Pineneedle Court and Aristocrat Lane, near 42nd Street and North Mitthoefer Road.
