Will Allen Smith, a 20-year-old from Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost his life on September 29, 2015. According to available sources, Smith was fatally shot on the far east side of Indianapolis. The incident occurred in the afternoon, and Smith was found with gunshot wounds in a car. Despite efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after the shooting.
