On a September afternoon in 2015, the life of 20-year-old Will Allen Smith was tragically cut short in Indianapolis, Indiana. The young Black man was discovered inside a car on the city's far east side, suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite medical efforts, Smith succumbed to his injuries on that day, September 29, 2015.
