On a cold November evening in Indianapolis, what began as an apparent attempt to steal a car spiraled into a fatal encounter that would leave a family grieving and a community searching for answers. The life of Daniel Adam, a 30-year-old male, was cut short on November 28, 2020. He was discovered inside his vehicle near the intersection of East 34th and North Meridian streets, having sustained a gunshot wound.
