Meliton Salazar, a 22-year-old from Indianapolis, IN, tragically lost his life on October 9, 2019. The incident occurred near the intersection of West Washington Street and South White River Parkway. According to reports, Salazar was found in critical condition under a bridge and was transported to Eskenazi Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries the following day.
