In the spring of 2020, a shooting on the northwest side of Indianapolis claimed the life of 32-year-old Devonte Daniels. The incident unfolded in the late afternoon of Saturday, May 23rd, in the 5200 block of Pinebrook Drive, near the intersection of Georgetown Road and West 52nd Street.
