In a tragic turn of events on March 13, 2021, 23-year-old Dequan Moore, a male from Indianapolis, Indiana, lost his life in a quadruple homicide. The devastating incident, which also claimed the lives of his mother, Tomeeka Brown, his seven-year-old niece, Eve Moore, and his cousin, Anthony Johnson, unfolded at a residence on Randolph Street. The violence erupted following a dispute over a $1,400 stimulus check.
