Boi Nge, an 18-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost his life on March 19, 2022. He was one of the victims in a double homicide that occurred near the Arthur Baxter branch of the YMCA on the south side of Indianapolis. The incident also claimed the life of 21-year-old Thawng Ceu. Both victims were members of the Chin community, a group with roots in Myanmar (Burma) and a significant presence in Indianapolis.
