In the spring of 2024, a family in Indianapolis was left heartbroken and searching for answers after 28-year-old Robert Lewis Woods was tragically killed. On the night of Friday, April 26th, a driver discovered Woods lying in the street in the area of 29th and Ralson Avenue. He had been shot multiple times and was found next to his bicycle. Despite his critical injuries, Woods was conscious enough to speak with the witness who found him, reportedly asking them to call his brother.
