In the late hours of a Thursday evening, on September 8, 2016, a grim discovery was made in an alley on the near-east side of Indianapolis. A woman returning to her home in the 1400 block of East New York Street found a man, later identified as 30-year-old Mohamed S Dukuly, unconscious and suffering from what initially appeared to be severe head trauma.
