Mohamed S. Dukuly, a 30-year-old man from Indianapolis, was found in an alley with serious injuries on September 8, 2016, at around 10 p.m. The location was the 1400 block of East New York Street, near the near-east side of Indianapolis. Dukuly was taken to a nearby hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries, which were confirmed to have been the result of a gunshot wound.
