Vincent Lovett Clifton Jr., aged 38, tragically lost his life on July 13, 2022, in a shooting incident on the east side of Indianapolis. The incident occurred in the 1900 block of Wallace Avenue, just west of Emerson Avenue. According to reports, the shooting started as a family disagreement that escalated into violence.
