On August 6, 1993, 27-year-old Caucasian male Allen Lee Livingston disappeared from downtown Indianapolis, Indiana. Born on August 26, 1965, in Indianapolis, Allen was known for his close-knit family ties, particularly with his mother, Sharon Livingston, and his sister, Shannon Doughty. At the time of his disappearance, Allen was a resident of downtown Indianapolis.
