Death by Force

Malik Perry, a 19-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, was tragically killed on October 13, 2015. Perry was found fatally shot in an alley in the 4100 block of Byram Avenue. His death was one of four homicides that deeply affected the Butler-Tarkington community during the fall of 2015. The investigation into Perry's death revealed connections to an alleged gang known as "The Mob," which was implicated in his murder through a federal indictment unsealed in May 2017.
