In the spring of 2018, a husband, father, and grandfather named Tristan Twilley, a 44-year-old male, had his life tragically cut short in Indianapolis. On the evening of March 30th, outside a barber shop on East 34th Street, the man affectionately known as 'big twill' was fatally shot.
