In the spring of 2014, a night of violence on the Northeastside of Indianapolis claimed the life of 29-year-old Ronald Howard. On April 16th, Howard was discovered inside a car near the intersection of 30th Street and Massachusetts Avenue, suffering from a fatal gunshot wound. The scene, as described by responding officers, suggested that drug-related activities may have been a contributing factor to the tragic event.
