In the late hours of November 14, 2018, the life of 22-year-old Brennan J. Ellis, a Black/African American male, was tragically cut short in Indianapolis, Indiana. Just before midnight, officers from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department were dispatched to the Stone Lake Apartments in the 4100 block of El Lago Boulevard on the city's south side after receiving a report of a person shot.
