In the early morning hours of September 8, 2024, the life of 35-year-old Cordarryl Russell Duncan was tragically cut short in Indianapolis, Indiana. Duncan, a Black/African American man, was discovered by police responding to a report of a person shot around 3:20 a.m. in the 2900 block of North Sherman Drive.
